Thank you for purchasing a VARON brand oxygen concentrator. We are committed to providing high quality products and excellent customer service. Please read the following warranty terms carefully before using your VARON oxygen concentrator to understand your rights and obligations.

Information about the VARON oxygen concentrator warranty

VARON oxygen concentrator comes with a one-year warranty. Within one year from the date of receipt of the product, if your oxygen concentrator shows a defect due to manufacturing defects, we will provide free repair service. This warranty ensures that the generator will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Please note that accessories (e.g. tubes, filters, connectors, etc.) are not covered by the warranty. The quality of our accessories is guaranteed at the time of purchase, but they are subject to natural wear and tear.

VARON Warranty Exclusions

● Normal wear and tear: Regular maintenance, repairs, and replacement of parts under normal use are not covered by the warranty.

● Abuse and misuse: Defects or damage resulting from the following factors are not covered by the warranty:

● Improper operation, improper storage, abuse or neglect, such as exposure to smoke or physical damage.

●Ingress of liquids, sand, dirt, food or insects/animals.

●Exposure to extreme heat and/or humidity.

●Use of the product or accessories for commercial purposes, or use of the product and accessories under abnormal conditions or in an abnormal manner.

●Failure to perform required preventive maintenance by the user or service provider.

●Other actions outside the scope of VARON's responsibility.

Unauthorized Service or Modification: Defects and damage resulting from service, testing, installation or modification performed by persons other than VARON are not covered by the warranty.

Warranty claims and procedures

To file a warranty claim, please contact our customer service at support-hu@varoninc.com within the warranty period. Provide your proof of purchase and a detailed description of the problem.

Our customer service team will evaluate the complaint and determine the appropriate course of action. This may include troubleshooting, replacing defective parts, or, if necessary, repairing or replacing the oxygen concentrator.

In the event of a warranty claim, the customer bears the shipping costs associated with returning the product. VARON bears the shipping costs associated with returning the repaired or replaced product.

Non-transferable

The warranties set forth herein are provided by VARON solely to the original purchaser of the products and are not transferable. The original proof of purchase and proof of identification for the product are required to validate the limited warranties set forth herein. In order for the limited warranty set forth herein to be effective, the purchaser must inspect each product within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery and prior to use.

Legal notice

VARON shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the oxygen concentrator, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. After the product warranty has expired, VARON shall not be liable for any additional costs of replacement, repair or transportation.
