INTERCHANGEABILITY PERIOD:
We provide a 30-day exchange option for all VARON oxygen concentrator products ordered from the ( https://varoninc.hu/ ) online store after delivery of the order (accessories are not covered by the exchange option) .
Please note that if your order exceeds the 30-day exchange period, your exchange request will be rejected.
Exchange conditions:
1. If the goods need to be exchanged due to non-quality problems, please ensure that the goods are in perfect condition and have all accessories (including the original box, warranty certificate, etc.).
2. If you need to exchange the goods due to a quality problem, please be sure to provide evidence of the problem (e.g. photos, videos) and the quality inspection must confirm that the product is defective.
Replacement process:
If you would like to exchange the goods, please contact customer service at the official email address ( support-hu@varoninc.com ), provide the order number and description details, customer service will verify the information you provided.
If you are sure that you meet the conditions for exchange, the customer service will provide you with the exact return address for the exchange by official email. Please send the goods to the address provided by the customer service and provide the logistics number to the customer service by email. After receiving the logistics number you provided, we will arrange a new shipment for you as soon as possible.
Exchange fee rules:
1. If you ordered a wrong model, the machine performance is not a problem, but the replacement requirement cannot be met due to the customer's own reasons, we will provide free replacement service, the replacement amount does not exceed a small amount, but you need to bear the shipping costs.
2. If due to quality problems and product defects confirmed by quality inspection, we will provide free replacement service and we will bear the shipping costs.
Note: All consumable accessories are not exchangeable (if there is a quality problem, we will return it to you).
